Jackson Hewitt Tax Services Case Study
In 2008, with a new executive team at the helm, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service challenged us to make their 2008 Annual Franchisee Convention "the best convention ever". We partnered with them to do just that.
Company executives were looking for an agency that would create an informative and exciting forum to deliver key messages about the current status and future vision of the company and its growing role within the tax preparation industry.
In response, we oversaw the management of a convention program which included a morning general session for 1100+ delegates over three days; a multi-stream conference with over 10 breakout sessions running concurrently; a Gala Dinner; an Awards Program; and an on-site exhibition hall.
From the initial planning stages we worked directly with Jackson Hewitt's new C-level executive team to develop the theme and an event identity that would be carried throughout all elements of the convention. We sourced and managed all on-site suppliers, including specialist caterers, AV/production, entertainment, décor, web-registration technology and transportation.
We have been retained to deliver this flagship event every year since, testament to our ability to not only deliver such a large and complex event, but in doing so to exceed expectations and provide the personal service that makes all the difference.
