Rick Moelis
Title: Client Services Director
Office: New York
Role: Rick is responsible for the overall account management of First Protocol's US clients to ensure they are being properly serviced by the account teams. Rick is also integral to the US office's sales and marketing team, supporting sales activities with existing accounts as well as new clients. He has extensive marketing experience and provides invaluable advice to clients on strategic marketing plans and the best way to utilize their marketing spend over various marketing vehicles.
Bio: After graduating from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in '92, Rick spent over 10 years living and working in San Francisco where he built his event management career. Rick has been working in the event marketing world for over 12 years and draws on his experience from a variety of industries including the non-profit sector (San Francisco Ballet), the beverage industry (Tanqueray and Coca-Cola) and the technology sector (BEA Systems, Inc.). Rick has been fortunate enough to travel extensively, delivering events and marketing programs on a global level and this experience is central to the quality and breadth of experience he brings to all client engagements.
Away from FP: When Rick is not at work, he spends his time travelling, skiing, and spending summer weekends at his beach house out on Fire Island.

Lucie Fox
Title: Senior Account Manager
Office: London
Role: Lucie is responsible for key global client accounts with multi-project delivery and management of teams. Lucie also leads initiatives to establish, maintain and develop supplier-partner relationships across the business to coordinate and champion First Protocol standard operating procedures between London and New York offices.
Biography: Having graduated with a 2:1 (BA hons) in 1999, Lucie has gained extensive knowledge of the events industry working in Europe, America and Asia. She has successfully delivered a wide range of events including international IPO road-shows, large scale conferences, exclusive board level programs, award ceremonies, gala dinners, product launches and incentive weekends. Lucie has a wealth of logistical and project management experience which ensures that she can confidently tackle any and all the challenges that can arise during live event delivery and key account management.
Away from FP: Having just returned from a year in our New York office, Lucie enjoys the London restaurant scene, keeping fit and spending time with her friends and family.

Jessie Mlinaric
Title: Special Projects Manager
Office: London
Role: Jessie works within business operations; she leads the contract management of First Protocol's largest outsourced team and works in conjunction with the operational team in a number of areas including operational standards and procedures and recruitment.
Biography: Jessie has been with First Protocol since 1998; she began as an Account Executive and progressed to Account Manager then Senior Account Manager. Over the years she has delivered a wide range of programmes including high level board programs, airshow presence, board meetings and special events, for a diverse client base in locations throughout the world. Prior to joining FP her background was in catering and interior design.
Away from FP: Jessie lives in east London with her husband and two children; they escape the city when they can to enjoy a more rural existence in Somerset.

Dan Rigby
Title: Senior Account Manager
Office: London
Role: Dan is a senior and long standing member of the operations team at First Protocol. As Senior Account Manager, he is responsible for the workloads and well being of the operations team and is charged with ensuring that the Standard Operating Processes are adhered to and excellence is delivered across the board.
Bio: After graduating from the University of Manchester, Dan spent two years travelling around South East Asia, Australia and Africa. Finally ready to grow up, Dan joined First Protocol in 2001 as a Account Executive and has since forged a career in events, delivering a wealth of prestigious programmes all around the world for an impressive portfolio of clients. Dan brings a creative yet process driven approach to the First Protocol team.
Away from FP: Dan lives in South London with his wife and cat, when he is not in the office, he spends his time travelling, climbing and following the mighty Crystal Palace Football Club.
